Overview
Site owner action required: Replace this template with the new site's legal entity name, support email, governing jurisdiction, and unused-credit refund window (number of days) before launch.
This Refund Policy explains when we refund money or restore credits for purchases made on this service. It covers credit packs, subscriptions, failed generations, and payment disputes. Contact details and the unused-credit window are those listed in the highlighted notice above.
Unused credits
If you request a refund within the unused-credit window and the purchased credits have not been consumed, we will refund the original payment method and remove the unused credits from the account. The window, legal entity, and support email are the placeholders in the notice above — replace them before launch.
Consumed credits
Credits that have already been used to run a generation or other paid action are computing costs and are not refundable, including leftover credits from a partially used pack after the unused-credit window has closed.
Failed generations
If a video or image task fails because of a service or provider fault, we automatically restore the credits charged for that task. That credit restoration is not a cash refund. We do not restore credits for failures caused by invalid prompts, policy-violating requests, or user-cancelled jobs.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not refund the current paid period; access continues until that period ends. We do not prorate a started billing cycle.
Disputes and chargebacks
For billing questions or a refund request, contact us at the support email in the highlighted notice, and include the account email and order or transaction id. Opening a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before we have finished that review may pause the account while the dispute is open.
Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision.
